After the concert....

So after the concert we came home to my grandmas house in Mexicali. It was a pretty uneventful drive....if we don't count the fight Yeya and I had. Yes, I fought with an 11 year old. I am not beneath fighting with youngsters. She was tryign to tell her mom something and since my aunt wasn't paying attention to her I answered her questin and she kept asking ym aunt and ignoring my answer so I called her out and she tried saying she wasn't being a rude ass....she was dunski. We went back and forth and I kept talking over her and finally told her "You know what, you're right DONT talk to me!" Aahhhh the advantages of being a grown up. Everyone was quiet for a long time until Chris spoke up "I don't know WHAT happened there! I just know Yeya finally met someone she can't step all over" UH-DUH!!! Girlfriend knew better. Shes a mini-me, everything she knows she learned from me. So we got to my Nanas and Andrew was there, he's the surrogate grandchild. That's him in the video being Michael Jackson...and excuse the woooooss, I was drinking heavily.

Sick....

I've been sick since Friday:( Friday I worked out and then hopped in the car and headed to Miramar. My friend deputy mike thinks I'm funny cause i'll be like "I'll be back in a little bit" and then when we talk again..I went to Miramar and back. So I picked up my brother Al who is a Marine stationed at MCAS Miramar. We both had bdays this week so he was coming home for the wkend. He brought his friend Joe who I call Chris-Beat-Her-Down-Brown. He's a nice kid. Since I was sick I didn't get to participate in anything. There was Supercross this wkend as well and since I was sick and it was raining it was best I parked my bum at home. I missed EVERYTHING. This was supposed to be my longest bender....Bday wkend, Supercross, Super Bowl (which btw my SAINTS WON!!!!! I'm wearing my Saints gear every day for the next 2 wks I decided) and Mardi Gras is on it's way....damn!! I get to do nothing but lay in bed with my box of tissues and meds. It's Tuesday and I'm still sick. Didn't get to go to work today because I'm so sick. I finally went to the dr today and got antibiotics and anti-inflamatory meds in hopes that I can be well in the next few days. I haven't been able to go to the gym since Friday and it's driving me nuts. I'm itching to get back even though I know that i'm prob gonna suck because I've been away for a few. Not happy.

Britney 09/2009

Yeya outside of the Staples Center
This is the only picture we got all the other ones are videos

While in LA I a lot of hanging out. I became the designated carpool driver for 6 kids to get them to and from school. I thought I was a badass once I got the hang of my routine. While thekids were at school and my aunt was at work I hung out at Borders, Nordstrom (which was the mistake of the century) where I got lots of goodies and got to see Bryan go to boxing practice where I saw him beat the begeezus out of a 19 year old (Bryan is only 14) . At the end of the week I took Yeya aka Andrea to the Britney Spears concert. We had a blast. We walked in and saw a bunch of people dressed up as Britney from different videos. We hit up the souvenier stands and I got her a tshirt and other assorted stuff. We also hit up the snack bar right before we took our seats and WOWSERS!!!! 1 beer, 2 bottles of water and 1 caramel apple ran me $38. As I handed her the caramel apple I told her she had to make it last all night cause we weren't coming back! Then about half ways through the show I saw her drinking water and I told her she'd better not drink so much because I was NOT taking her to the bathroom. It was a mission and a half to get to our seats. We had a great time though. We saw Jordin Sparks and Christina DeBarge and then Britney came on. She loves it when I come because then she gets to ditch school. We got back from the concert so late she didn't go to school the next day.

September 2009 & yes they are 100% natural....

After the camping trip James and I drove to Salinas, CA with Elisa and Michael aka BFF/Muffin for cousin Evelyns wedding. It was great. We got to dress up and hang out with good peeps and had most amazing hor'dours ever!!!! Dinner was really good too. Actually everything we were served was great. We ate danced and tackled the open bar like there was no tomorrow. We were able to stay at cousin Janettes house which was good because we really like hanging out with her. We went to the wedding on Saturday and BBQd and visited a corn maze where they had these amazing huge pumpkins so James and I took pictures of each other and then we went to a farmers market on Sunday and then on Monday we drove down to LA where I stayed at my aunt Aves house to spend the week. I took Yeya to the Britney Spears concert at the Staples Center which was a blast!!!

All new stuff!!!!

So yes, I suck at this.....Lots of things have happened since. I last wrote about our upcoming camping trip which was great until I freaking fell and slid down some rocks and jacked up my leg big time. It hurst so bad....I didn't cry only because I had my little cousin with me and didn't want to scare her. I went quad shopping only to turn around and buy another car. So now I have my truck which I only use for off road and I now own a small economical (think cheap on gas) Ford Focus Hatchback. It was a great deal, really I couldn't pass it up since I was spending about $500 a month on just gas. My car fills up with only 30 bucks and I'm even excited about tires because they only cost about $40 each as opposed to $300 a piece for my truck which needs 6 because of my two mounts on the back. Long story short.....gas, full coverage insurance, and maintanence still comes to only about $300. Off- road season came and is still here although not for much longer. Went out quite a few times but haven't gone since October cause the last time we went out I went I decided to wreck. It was front end and because of all the steel bars in the front nothing actually happened to the truck other than it burned oil I think because it smelled horrible!! I tried driving it up a canyon wall...key word TRIED!!! It almost rolled. The only reason it didn't was because my front left tire was stuck on a boulder. It was crazy...I had ugly black and blue bruises all over my thighs, stomach, chest (even under my breasts) WTF! and I fractured my right thumb and had a swollen cut lip. I couldn't even get out of my door since the truck was almost on it's side and my friends pulled me out through the window. I was so scared to take off my seat belt because I really thought I was just going to thunk down to the passenger side so they held me until I took it off and then got pulled out. Then I had to have the truck pulled up, out and down from there. The first thing I heard after they got to me was "Dude, you ahve fucking balls to be doing that!!!" I was so mad so I yelled "Oh yeah!!! Well look where my balls got me!!!" I laugh now but I sure wasn't laughing then. Boy was I sore the next day. It seems like everything happened that night. We had a total of about 9 vehicles and were waiting for some to catch up ( I was lead and I drive hard) when I see someone at my window which I already knew was nobody I knew cause we have cb radios and thus don't have a need to get out of the vehicles to talk. I turn slowly and yup this random dude was asking me for water, food, and a ride. He was an illegal alien trekking the desert. I gave him water, some granola bars I had in the truck and DID NOT give him I ride. I told him to go over 2 hills and he'd see lights which was El Centro and he should head there. I was scared out of my mind. Then my friends started to get out of their vehicles to see what was going on and I recalled everyone back in and basically if you know anything about anything in the "illegal desert crossing" then you know that if you find one there are more lurking somewhere. Sure enough when we moved out I went up slightly trying to turn around and I lit up about 40 people. I hauled butt out of there. It was a long eventful night we'd gone out about 8pm were just heading in about 6 am as the sun was rising. I'll wrap it up for today. I'll post pictures soon with everything we've been up to since this summer.
